About Bevel Helical Gear Reducers
Bevel helical gear reducers combine the efficiency of helical gearing with the right-angle layout of bevel gears. The first stage uses helical gears on parallel shafts for high efficiency, while the second stage uses bevel gears to achieve the 90-degree output. This hybrid design delivers the best of both worlds: high efficiency from the helical stage and compact right-angle output from the bevel stage.
We supply Tailong B series bevel helical gear reducers, covering output torques from 200 Nm to 30,000 Nm and input powers from 0.12 kW to 150 kW. These reducers are ideal for applications requiring right-angle power transmission with higher efficiency than pure worm gear solutions.
