Include: power (kW/hp), input speed (rpm), output torque (Nm), reduction ratio, mounting orientation, application environment (temperature, dust, moisture), FEM duty class for crane applications, and whether replacing existing equipment or starting a new project.

We provide detailed installation drawings, alignment procedures and lubrication specifications with every shipment. For larger projects, we can provide on-site commissioning — travel and accommodation charged separately. Remote technical support is available free of charge via WhatsApp or email.

Standard gear reducers: 2–4 weeks. Non-standard ratios or modified designs: 4–8 weeks. Large heavy-duty gearboxes (500kW+): 6–12 weeks. Lubrication products: 1–2 weeks. We provide a production schedule and milestone updates once order is confirmed.

Yes. We regularly produce non-standard gearboxes: modified ratios, special mounting configurations, enhanced temperature ratings, and special materials (stainless steel, corrosion-resistant coatings). Provide your technical requirements and our engineering team will review feasibility and provide a quotation.
