Complete underground and surface mining equipment — conveyor drive systems, crushing and grinding machinery, slurry pumps, and ventilation systems. Designed for 24/7 operation in extreme mining environments. Supplied to underground and open-pit operations in 15+ countries.
From high-altitude underground copper mines to tropical open-pit coal operations — our equipment is engineered to the specific mechanical and environmental demands of each mining environment.
Conveyor drives, ventilation fans, ore hoists, cable handlers and monorail systems for underground mine operations
Conveyor systems, bucket wheel reclaimers, spreaders, stackers and mobile crushing stations for surface operations
Crushers, grinding mills, slurry pumps, dewatering screens and reagent dosing systems for concentrator plants
Overland conveyors, transfer towers, crushing stations, stockpiling and ship loading systems for coal export terminals
Ship loaders, unloading systems, stacking and reclaiming equipment for mining port terminals
Mining equipment is a long-term capital investment where the cost of unplanned downtime exceeds the equipment cost by 10–50×. Our engineering decisions prioritize operational reliability over component cost minimization.
Equipment rated for −30°C (underground Kazakhstan) to +55°C (surface desert mines). IP65+ sealed gearboxes, cold-rated lubricants, thermal compound housing for hot ambient conditions. Each configuration is thermally rated for its specific environment — not simply selected from a catalog sheet.
Our conveyor drive packages include soft-start controls that reduce belt shock during starting by 60–70%, extending conveyor belt life by 30–40%. Belt hold-back brakes prevent reverse belt movement on incline conveyors during power interruption. These integrated safety features reduce unplanned stoppages that cost $5,000–50,000/hour in lost production.
We supply complete conveyor drive systems rather than individual components: gearbox + motor + coupling + drive pulley + hold-back brake + control panel as a matched system. This eliminates the coordination burden on mine operators who would otherwise need to match components from multiple suppliers with incompatible specifications.
Critical components are oversized relative to calculated load. Conveyor pulleys use heavy-duty bearings with 2× required load rating. Gearbox output shafts are sized with 1.5× bending safety factor. Drive belts are specified at 2× the calculated power transmission requirement to account for shock loads and alignment imperfections during assembly.
All conveyor equipment is specified for on-site maintenance without specialized tools. Bearing and seal replacement on standard gearboxes can be completed in 4–6 hours by competent mechanical fitters. Common spare parts across our complete product range means maintenance departments can hold smaller spare parts inventory.
Every conveyor drive system is thermally rated for the specific belt speed, material density, conveyor length, and ambient temperature of the installation before we confirm the order. We will not supply a system that will overheat in your specific conditions — if your application requires a larger gearbox, we will tell you before you order.
Every major mining equipment category — available as individual units or as complete integrated systems with our drive packages.
Complete conveyor drive packages: gearbox, motor, coupling, drive pulley, hold-back brake, control panel. Belt widths 500–2400mm, capacities 50–8,000 t/h.
Jaw crushers for primary reduction, cone crushers for secondary/tertiary, hammer mills for impact crushing. Sized from 50 t/h to 2,000 t/h feed capacity.
Heavy-duty slurry pumps for mineral processing and tailings handling. Submersible drainage pumps for underground water ingress management. Capacities 50–2,000 m³/h.
Axial and centrifugal ventilation fans for underground mine airflow management. Available with ATEX-certified motors for explosive atmosphere zones. Air volumes 1,000–100,000 m³/h.
A mining conveyor is a capital-intensive system where the drive system determines both production throughput and equipment longevity. Our integrated drive packages are engineered as a system — not a collection of individually specified components.
A complete conveyor drive system has five critical subsystems that must work together: motor, gearbox, coupling, hold-back brake, and drive pulley. When these are specified as a matched system, the transition from motor torque to belt pulling force is optimized for efficiency, reliability and maintainability.
When components are specified independently, mismatches in mounting dimensions, torque capacity, thermal rating, or brake torque create hidden failure risks that only appear after installation.
